The complete remodel was carefully crafted to instill modern comforts and upgrades, while maintaining the beautiful charm of the home. This home has the feel of 2 oversized condos, but it's one house! Enjoy privacy, but gather comfortably.

The home is a great base location to many top attractions. Easy access to Red Rocks and Downtown!

We're minutes to US-36 and I-70. For the skiers and snowboarders I-70 will get you to Colorado's best ski resorts or a beautiful day trip to the mountains.
