This space offers a nice, clean, comfortable and centrally located stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, tv's in the living room, and bedrooms. It has really easy access to highways so you can get to your destination fast. 15 min to Downtown Denver, 4 min to Water World, 25 min to Boulder, 20 min to Golden, 25 min to Airport. This is the bottom unit in the basement and the entrance is through the back yard.

Access is on the north side of property on Elmwood LN. Enter through the gray sand walkway to the back yard. Your space will be the basement unit which is through the back door and down the stairs. If you need to use the back yard feel free, while there is still improvements being made to the landscape.
