With three separate floors connected by your own private elevator to two of the three floors, this property gives everyone in your group their own space while encouraging time together and making memories at the beach. Guests are greeted by a bright blue entryway that leads into the open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas. stainless steel kitchen, renovated in 2019, is complete with beautiful granite countertops, and a gourmet oven and range. The kitchen opens up over the three-stool bar area into the sitting area with two neighboring dining tables. One seating four and one seating six. The new, large sectional that matches the water in the gulf, faces the huge flat screen TV and the large windows that showcase sweeping views of the gulf.

Things to Know
-Stairs located on beachside exterior are main method to traverse from main floor to beach level floor and patio, including to the interior living space
-elevator available for luggage, handicap, and extremely limited use.
-Elevator available from main floor to beach level bottom floor (Elevator only recommended for luggage, disabled, elderly, and other non routine use)
-Elevator does not go to the top floor where the 2 King Bedrooms are. The lower floor is only accessed by the residential elevator on the interior of the property which requires a minimum age of 16 to operate so it is not recommended to only have children under 16 staying on the 1st floor by themselves at night. As the main access to the main floor would be the exterior stairs.

The living room opens up to a large balcony with a six seat dining table. Then leads down to the bottom floor. The ground floor of the unit has a small living area with a large flat screen TV and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Down the hall adjacent to the kitchenette are two bedrooms. One with two sets of twin bunks and one with a king bed. At the end of the hall is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
The top floor of the unit has two king bedrooms. One is the master with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and sweeping gulf views. The other is complete with a bathroom that contains a shower-tub combo. Walk down the steps of the back deck and your toes are in the sand. This property is in walking distance and almost exactly in between the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time making life long memories.
The Elevator takes you down to the bottom floor which is like a separate apartment. You enter into a living area with a sleeper sofa, armchair and flat screen TV. The living room leads you to a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave and sink. The floor is completed by with one King Bedroom and one bunk room with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4) and a full bathroom at the end of the hall with a walk in shower and double vanity.

When it comes to private beach security, our options are limited. The erosion control line is a local ordinance that allows the public to traverse up and down the beach and set up chairs in front of the beach service. Our suggestion for a more private experience is to purchase beach service to extend the width of the property on the days you are interested, for $60 a set per day. Or to set up your own chairs early on the mornings you would like this. We do rent back pack chairs that are available to you on a weekly basis, but we can't keep them on site due to maintenance and upkeep.
