I was impressed with Rachel's communication, she reached out on check in day to confirm the house was ready and offered to turn the porch……

“There was a misunderstanding about the number of bathrooms in our original reservation. The owners worked with us to put us in a location with ample bathrooms. Where we stayed was excellent, likely will stay there again if back in area.”
