“Our stay started off with a brand new employee who lacked knowledge of the area and if they offered a veterans discount. Next was the room telephone that did not work. Shower panel had holes in it where the previous shampoo/body wash had been removed. All in all the bed was comfortable and breakfast was free.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that there was no coffee available in the morning.”

“Room was fragrance free as requested.”

“Everything was great, just stayed the night and didn't use any amenities.”

“Not fancy but clean, cozy and as described.”

“We had a great time with our family. There was something for everyone! Hiking, fishing, swimming, games. The property is very well maintained. The only thing I can offer as feedback for improvement, and Im not even sure if anything can be done, is the water pressure is low and the the water had a metallic smell to it. We had bottled water we planned to drink anyways. It could just be thats just normal for the rural area. Is was not big enough of a deal to deter us from coming back. We're already……

“Great stay! The hosts were super nice and helpful.”

“We had an amazing stay!! Family fun in the sun all day long. The property was absolutely amazing, definitely try out the slip and slide!!”

“Handy location in Batesville. Great TV for binging between visiting family. Appreciated provided snacks before Kroger stocking. And extra shampoo, dishwasher and laundry tablets a bonus. Steps upstairs are steep, but sturdy handrail. Would stay again.”

“The condo is perfect for our work in Batesville. There are two of us working as consultants and we can have collaboration space downstairs and our own sleeping spaces in the two bedroom unit. We will always use this rental for our time in Batesville.”
