“Me and my partener stayed over the weekend the room was lovely clean tidy staff were polite only thing that ruined it was one of the cleaners on level 10 knocked on my door twice asking me for a pound she was saying she needed it for her bus pass and that she needed 3 pounds for it i said to her i had no change and that i was in bed and she left this was not something i expected to be woke up to and was most upset as our break up till then had been great ”
