“This was a great place. Everything was as told and no issues. Communication was easy and no problem. Family / grandkids/ our kids and more. It was a wonder time. Highly recommended. We do live 20 minutes away BUT it was like a true vacation on the lake. This place does not disappoint!!”

“We fit 16 people comfortably at this house. 4 bathrooms, a completely stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs, more than enough seating throughout the house and grounds, and a wonderful pool. Everyone enjoyed access to the lake with the kayaks. The views of Canandaigua Lake and the sun rising each morning were spectacular. Alan was an easy and communicative host and we were so thankful for the abundance of beach and bath towels. This property is well worth a stay. ”

“We came to Honeoye Lake for a family vacation with our kids and dogs! It was a very spacious lake house. We had a few visitors stop by each day and everyone had room to do their own activities. Easy walk to the park/beach down the street. We also brought our boat and parking was available (if the boat is longer than 18ft may be more difficult). The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Lots of amenities, provided laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage……

“We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing getaway with our 2 dogs. It was fun to explore the farm and meet the horses up close and personal. Letchworth State Park is also a great place to visit during the stay. ”

“I loved that there were water bottles and fresh eggs available to us. The fans were great (they were as cool as having air conditioning). I might have used the hair dryer that was available because I was getting ready for a wedding, however I couldn't seem to get it running. Some little sample packs of aspirin or ibuprofen may have been nice, and perhaps a full length mirror. Other than that, the beds were comfy, and we felt very safe there. One of the rooms was located in the attic, and I'm not……

“Really enjoyed my stay. Just had a few hiccups checking in. Mistakingly got the wrong code to the door. Not a big deal. The cabin does need a little TLC tho. The floor is wavey, extremely hard water, leaves stains on sinks and toilet. Also a very strong sulfar smell. Id bring your own water for drinking/food prep. Loved the outdoor tiki bar set up right near the fire pit. And the hiking trail u can access right from the property. ”
