“We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse, which was well-equipped, clean, spacious and homely. The terrace had fantastic views over the lake, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The rural location was peaceful, and the coast and cities such as Granada and Seville were all accessible by car. We were particularly grateful for the warm welcome given by Karen and Paul who look after the property and were very friendly and helpful.”

“Set in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The village is about 2-3 miles away but don't take the car. The roads just get narrower and narrower and are extremely steep. The hotel has no lift but we were given a room on the ground floor as my husband has problems with stairs. The downside of this was that we were awoken by a table top sale being set up right outside our window by some very noisy Brits. I am surprised that the hotel allowed this immediately outside bedroom windows. Beware……

“Vi havde 3 overnatninger på dette enestående lille hotel. Blev ved ankomsten budt på en forfriskning, mens det Davinia indgående fortalte om seværdigheder og anbefalede spisesteder i området. Hotellet er utrolig smukt renoveret og en oplevelse i sig selv. Værtsparret Davinia og Raul brænder for deres lille hotel, hvor maden primært er lavet af økologiske råvarer. Hver morgen blev der serveret friskpresset juice af frugt og grønt, friskbagt økologisk kvalitetsbrød og andre lækkerier. Hotellet……

“La decoración , el ambiente ...... Y no me discuto nada la verdad.”

“La Canūela, où est situé cet établissement est situé dans un petit village lui même entouré de centaines de km2 d’oliviers. Un régal cet endroit! 3 voire 4 chambres!! Donc tout petit, mais la maison est grand. Le propriétaire, originaire de cette maison/ferme qui était celle de sa famille, vit à Madrid, il était là le jour de notre séjour. Impliqué dans la fabrication d’huile d’olive il nous a fait découvrir les types d’olives, d’huiles, d’usage des huiles obtenues et bien entendu dégustation et……

“This property is a must for anyone seeking peace, tranquility, glorious views and amazing weather. Form the off we were greeted buy Louise and Roger in a very friendly and efficient manner. They at all times seemed tuned to our requirements. We hardly knew they were close by but yet they were there in a flash if we needed them. The property was spotless and ideally located for our needs. We had any convenience we wanted (except aircon), but otherwise it was perfect. The terrace area is a sun……

“We hebben heerlijk genoten niet alleen van de omgeving maar ook van de heerlijke kookkunsten van Ludo en Ingrid. Lang en gezellig getafeld. Ook veel bruikbare tips gehad. Kortom een aanrader. Nogmaals hartelijk!”
