“It was a pleasant experience to live in this hotel. In fact I left behind my pad charging cable in the room, after I contacted the staff they process right away and send me the cable to my next stay hotel in India, which is very thoughtful and efficient. I am grateful for their service, and I suggest any one goes to Chennai for staying in this Hotel - Blu Radisson.”

“This hotel has private beach, spacious resort village, good selection of breakfast. Unfortunately, there is nothing to shop if you go outside of the hotel.”

“Gateway is an older Taj property that reeks of old world charm. The cottages and gardens are expertly laid out and the service is attentive. My room was well appointed but old. Overall an excellent option in the Coonoor area.”

“这家酒店真的好大好大，而且装修相当精美，像个城堡一样，随处可见的艺术品增添了极致高级的格调，客户经理还会在大堂弹钢琴，宽敞的露天泳池和丰盛摩登的餐厅以及这里的一切都太令人难忘，住在这里感觉自己就像是一个贵族一样，太有感觉了！强烈推荐这家酒店！ 唯一的缺点可能是房间吧，开始给我们的房间没有窗户，后来换了一个有窗户的但是是连通房，和隔壁靠一扇门挡着。这种设计真心反人类，导致隔音很糟糕，但是在印度又很常见，希望酒店能把这些门拆掉改成实心墙。”
