“This was our second stay here as we loved it so much last year that we booked again. The views are breathtaking from the terrace and the pool area. The separate master suite on a lower level works for us travelling with our adult children. The property is immaculate and comfortable and I’m sure we’ll be back!”

“We stayed June 2025. The villa was lovely. Plenty of space for our family of 8. The pool area was excellent and we enjoyed the garden. Plenty of room for ball games.There was a good flow to the villa which suited our needs exactly. There were areas we could all be together but also spaces if we wanted more individual time.The lemon tree in the front garden was great. Fresh lemon in our drinks - heavenly!!We would definitely return.”

“We booked this chalet for 5 days / 4 nights in May for two people. The check in was super easy, we had contact with the host via whatsapp and they were super flexibel for our arrival. The property is very big, with a parking spot and an amazing private pool. We visited Soller a few times cause its only a 15min drive. Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for more. ”

“Large house with plenty of space for our entire team. Each floor is a mini housing space (separate bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) with a sizable lawn for everyone to come together outside. Everything was clean. Kitchens had basics, but nothing fancy. Location is great for walking into town. Would return! ”

“We had an amazing stay at this wonderful holiday home! The house is a perfect retreat, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s a peaceful place where you can truly relax and unwind. Despite the quiet surroundings, it's centrally located, with a beautiful beach just a short distance away. Communication with Manuel was seamless—he was incredibly accommodating, even going out of his way to adjust our booking when our flight plans changed. We couldn't have asked for a better……

“Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal.”

“The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy……

Insbesondere die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Diego Ruiz war hervorragend und herzlich. Der Hinweis auf ein kleines, schmales Fahrzeug zur Anreise sollte wirklich beachtet werden, da die Zuwegung über eine schmale, steile Serpentinenstraße führt.”

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war leider nicht so angenehm, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Es gab mehrere Probleme, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben.Hier die Hauptprobleme:- Erheblicher Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück – sogar während der Ruhezeiten. An Entspannung war nicht zu denken.- Unverschämtes Verhalten der Nachbarn, inklusive Beleidigungen. Absolut inakzeptabel!- Nicht erwähnte Ruhezeiten von 20–8 Uhr, die uns massiv eingeschränkt haben.- Dreimaliger Stromausfall, den wir selbst……
