"Le cadre est superbe. La cuisine est bien équipée bien qu'on ait trouvé de la vaisselle sale et la cafetière avec son filtre à café non vidé. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. L'équipement ne manque pas. Laisser de quoi nettoyer les sols à disposition surtout quand on nous impose de payer le nettoyage qui est bien défaillant quand on retrouve des toiles d'araignée au plafond, une vaisselle sale... La porte des toilettes/SDB ne peut être fermée au RDC.... Pourquoi imposer aussi le linge...

"Great property and fantastic views. Easy key collection procedure. We had a lovely relaxing week here aside from a few unfortunate set backs. 1- the fridge was faulty when we arrived which was worrying as we had meat and dairy to store. Staff kindly brought a small one for us to use the next day. 2- we couldn’t use the barbecue until we waited for cleaning as it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. "This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. The lady attending breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive. We assumed the dinner would be similar to breakfast; buffet style but were pleasantly surprised as it was a seated dinner where you selected from the half board menu. The dinner every day was remarkable. If you are planning on travelling to this area I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed! "

"Not much variety for breakfast. Mostly bread and pastry. The property could use some updating, especially in the halls on each floor. Also, bench by the elevator and some foyer furniture was stained. The staff were absolutely amazing and the location was ideal for walking to and from Old Town. "
