### Ocean view, Secret place - Casa Espectacular

A luxurious villa with a tropical garden and spectacular ocean views in a great location on South Pacific coastal town Uvita. Only 12 minutes from famous Marino Ballena National Park. Panoramic vistas from the deck are truly breathtaking; beaches with white waves, sunsets different every evening and rainforest covered hills rising straight from the beaches. You can see entire ‘Whale’s Tail‘ sandbar in Marino Ballena. Cool breezes provide more comfort as house is located on the hill. We recommend using 4WD car to get easily to the house and around the area.  
Newly repainted outside and inside house (3,186 Sq ft or 296 m2) is very clean with a great architectural layout; kitchen and living room are right in the middle. It has 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, AC, own full bathroom and elegant closet organizer. Each room opens up to a large deck with a pool by sliding doors and each has a spectacular views. There is a large and well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining area. There is plenty of patio space with lounge chairs. The tropical garden is full of flowering plants and fruit trees. The garden has easy to walk paved pathway and a sitting area. The driveway provides plenty of parking space. Covered parking space is leading directly to the house. House is set up for 6 people.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas with our family. The view is absolutely spectacular and the gardens were one of the highlights of our trip! We saw toucans and a great variety of birds every day. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing property!

What an incredible villa! Pictures do not do it justice, the home is gorgeous and the view from the pool area is absolutely breathtaking! We had more than enough space for our family of four, toucans in the trees by the pool deck and scarlet macaws flying overhead! Had minor hot water/AC issues which were immediately addressed and fixed. Road up is no joke, doable but steep and rocky so grab a 4x4 like others are saying. Perfect location 7 min to town, would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The indoor-outdoor space was very nice as you can see the famous whale tale and there is wildlife all around you. The house is nicely appointed but a few things need some updates and maintenance.

#### Fantastic Romantic Getaway

This property was outstanding for a private, romantic getaway for me and my wife. We spent a week at Casa Espectacular and wish we could have stayed longer. Olmer was very responsive and was fantastic for helping us arrange activities (we highly recommend the private chef and paragliding). The road to the house is not too bad, but a 4x4 is recommended. Only negatives: some of the appliances and furniture in the house do need some attention and there is construction going on for a beautiful path from the house to a patio just down the hill and the workers disturbed our privacy for a couple of days. Also, the water heater is solar and if there isn't much sun you won't have warm water so be prepared for that. The beach is not within walking distance though the listing indicates that it is. Even with those small negatives, this is a wonderful place to stay and is within a short drive to beaches, waterfalls, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommended!

#### So Good I Kinda Want to Keep it to Myself and Friends (instead of posting a 5 star rating).

Wonderful house with absolutely amazing views. You undoubtedly need a 4x4 or AWD to access but worth it. The house was reasonably appointed, and it'd be perfect for 3 couples or a decent sized family (we had 5 total). Outdoor space by pool is amazing. Agree with other reviews that was waaaay bigger than I pictured. Our host was exceptionally cordial and responsive, even on an item I thought was going to be pretty major (but was instead quickly fixed...in CR!!). Main house is open air which was fine for us and exceptionally charming but not sure I read about that (or understood it) in the property description. Hope to be back!

#### Excellent Accomodations! Best In Uvita!

We stayed eight nights and you could not have asked for a better experience! I have stayed at several other VRBO’s around Uvita on the mountains, and this one is clearly the best. The pictures do not do it justice! The infinity pool was amazing, it was extremely clean and was well appointed. Thank you for the great experience! We will be back!

#### The name says it all!!!

This house is amazing!!! Very open floor plan with 2 “wings” where the bedrooms are. The views are out of this world incredible!!! Relaxing on the covered patio by the infinity pool during rain storms was so relaxing. The house was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of kitchen utensils (for cooking and eating), and beach towels to use. Olmer was great to deal with and very responsive. He gave many excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

#### Amazing View

This home was a great choice, and we would stay again! The pictures don't do it justice; the home looks better in person. It was very comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Close to the beach and the market.

#### I love this house!

We spent a month at Casa Espactacular and what a month it was. This house is truly amazing. If I were to build a coastal house this would be the design for sure. We spent most of our time on the back patio overlooking the National Park and the beautiful "Whale's Tail" Playa. Every day we enjoyed seeing the Toucans go back and forth and listen to the sounds of the Jungle. It is a neighborhood so it's not entirely quiet all the time but you do feel a great sense of privacy the way the house is laid out and oriented to the land. The house was well equipped and had all of the necessities. The access can be a bit challenging with a two wheel drive car but it is possible as we had small two wheel car for the entire month. The rental manager was terrific and very responsive if we needed anything but otherwise gave us our privacy and space to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this house and we hope to come back.
