“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“My sister, friend and myself arrived in Ravenna off a cruise ship. Our room was already ready - so comfy and clean. Our host and hostess were helpful assisting with our bags and a map of the city, places to visit and a wonderful restaurant was recommended where we had an amazing dinner. We enjoyed all the fresh pastries and cappuccinos for breakfast before heading out to our next destination. Charming B $ B and in a great location.”
