“The property was very clean and in a great location for going to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. There was also a beautiful park across the street and was in a good area and very safe to walk to in the evening. The owner communications were very good too.”

“Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … ”

The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes.”

“Our only complaint was that there was confusion between the property owner's policy on when access info is sent and what Expedia says on website and in emails. The Owner only releases the Access Code about an hour prior to the booking, Expedia says 2-3 days and sends emails saying "If you have not heard about access contact the owner". I understand the Owner's view and he does not want people checking in early BUT many people from outside UK will not have set up internet access so getting……
