Secluded Home on 3 acres w/Awesome Views - 10 Miles North of Downtown Dgo

NOTE: 4WD/AWD maybe needed in winter (December through mid March) depending on the amount of snow we get in the season.

Our 2,700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence sits on 3 acres and is located 10 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 15 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. The location offers privacy and seclusion but yet is just a short drive to downtown as well as Purgatory. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and the renovated Durango Hot Springs are less then 3 miles away.

The residence features a covered deck off the main living space a dining table, couch and gas BBQ grill that offers some of the best views in the area. A second living space downstairs (with another deck) make the home perfect for multiple families. The standard amenities such as a detached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, WIFI are included as well.

3rd Bedroom - Bunks Beds (2 - Single over Single) - Bottom Floor

The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional service animals.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

As with most properties in the area, the house does not have AC and it is generally its not needed as the downstairs stays plenty cool and the upstairs has a nice breeze that runs thru the home in summer and there is plenty of air flow since the house is on acreage. There are portable fans in the house.
