“My room was perfect! Bed and pillows were yummy!!! I will try to stay here whenever I go back to Chico, Ca. Perfectly situated close to restaurants and highway. I absolutely recommend staying here!!!”

“This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth.……

“We found the queen bed suitable for two people. The fridge also came in handy for keeping snacks cool.”

“Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!”

“Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.”

“Great central location and accomodating host”

“The property was clean, nicely decorated with beautiful dish sets and unexpected extras such as an iron, hair straightener, blow dryer, ice ready to use in the freezer and plenty of towels.”

“The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and……

“Thank you!”

“Pictures of house were bright and beautiful. Actual house was dark stained and looked like it needs some definite tlc.”

“Love staying here, it was close to town but enough outside of it so you don’t feel like you’re in the mess. Only had one slight snafu with the air-conditioning where I thought it was on, but only had the fan going so it got extremely hot. Luckily, the host was very responsive, and I got the place cooled down rather quickly. I love the fact that they had bikes in the garage that could be used to go into town without using the car. I definitely would like to stay here again.”

“We stayed here for a few days. Super cute little bungalow. Very close to downtown and the shopping district. My teenage son loved the loft area. Host communicated well and responded quickly. ”

“Stayed three nights here and only had positive experiences. Close enough to campus yet peaceful without downtown noise interference. Having an accessible shower greatly improved my stay due to mobility challenges Parking remained open late making returns hassle-free too”

“Very cute house and well equipped kitchen for longer stays. ”

“Three nights here with my partner felt just right. The bed was comfy and the cable TV had plenty of channels to choose from.”
