East Hampton home situated on a private lush .5 acre. Great location! Walkable to the village and bikeable to the beach. Three bedrooms, two bath home. Beautifully maintained, hydrangea-filled grounds with the perfect outdoor living and dining area for amazing summer entertainment. The property is situated on a quiet serene street that is convenient to everything. Central a/c, WIFI, and a washer and dryer. A 55' heated, gunite pool and a hammock will make you never want to leave.
