“各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。”

“非常小巧的房间，但应有尽有，吹风机，电风扇，开水壶，独立浴室，电视，wifi. 英式早餐是现做的，服务很周到。每天都有客房清洁服务。他家还有个漂亮的小花园，从楼上看下去很不错。每天从外面玩回来，可以自在地休息。 其位置离大英博物馆步行10分钟不到，距离euston地铁站、火车站都很近，特别方便。除了空间比较小之外，在伦敦是个很好的住宿点。”

Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying .
