Staff was very friendly but we didn’t arrive until around 9 and they had given our room away. They found another room with a broken toilet. They finally gave us a ‘suite’ upgrade. Sadly the couch was so nasty we would not sit on it. Old with burns visible (in a no smoking room). The bed was clean ...

The kitchen was well equipped for all cooking needs, the space was perfect for two people, there was tons of hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was very clean and hot.
