Billing incorrect and still not rectified 24 hours later. No power outlets above desk or on lamps, therefore need to crawl under a table. Want to charge for hi speed WiFi. Its like they are still in the 20th century.

I booked the executive suite, thinking we could splurge and get a nicer room. What a disappointment!! First this hotel is severely lacking sound insulation. You can hear people having conversations very clearly. The door for the suite was badly damaged with some pieces of wood missing near the hinges the spot painted with a brown colour that didn’t match. It’s was basically a slightly larger room with worn down furniture. The only thing executive about the space was the price.

I wasnt able to make it due to weather and i had to pay the full fee. Staying in a different location that offers a cancelation free that saves me the whole cost of the room during a snow storm should it happen. I hear great things about this location which is why i booked with them over my usual being recommended by a co worker however, i like the policy my current location has. Im sure its nice though! :)

Property is a it dated. Also, we had booked as a family of 3 yet there were no pillows or blankets for our child for the pull out sofa. When we asked there were no blankets available and we had to stack sheets so he wasnt cold.

A beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated with a warm atmosphere...but, very disappointed with how unclean the bathroom and bed waswhrn we checked in. Found a lot of hairs on the sink, tub and several in the bed. Dried blood stains on the comforter, and the coffee maker was filthy. We brewed hot water and old coffee debris filtered into the cup. The hotel staff could not understand our frustration with expecting a cleaner environment. They told us they would have a hotel maid go clean our bathroom but she never did clean it. They also told us that refreshing rooms is not provided unless you stay over 2 days. Other guests who also stayed had the same complaints as us and did not have their issues resolved.

Very good spot for an overnighter
Restaurant staff was great, including their handling of overserved bar patrons. Front desk was very friendly. Lots of hot water, if the pressure was a little weak. Overall would stay again.

Check in did not provide orientation to property. Parking across the street so inconvenient or difficult for persons with disabilities. Excellent bar and restaurant with amazing staff and wonderful food and beer choices. Rooms clean with good heat system for winter ( can regulate). Come here for good food and beer after a long day and a night bed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The bed was comfy and the room very quiet. The pool was on the small side but we went swimming anyway. Had a good breakfast in the morning.

Rooms were very nice and clean, staff were excellent and the food from the restaurant was fantastic. Unfortunately was I in one of the few rooms that were staring at the top of the roof and adjacent building from my window instead of beautiful town and churches.
