"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. "The apartment was well situated, in a lovely square surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants on 200 mts from the sea front, which again had loads of bars, the beach was beautiful but beware if you have a dog they are not allowed on the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay with a superb fridge freezer so you could do just one good shop to fill up 3 bedrooms/2bathrooms/ a lounge and balcony, whats not to like. .Thank you Betty for guiding us...

"Great little family run hotel. Basic, but exceptionally clean. Helpful staff who booked us an early morning taxi to the airport. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus we weren't expecting. There was a small restaurant area in reception, but we didn't use it as not there at the time it was open. We walked to the beach, which was a good half an hour's walk away, but worth the effort. In the evening we wandered around the town and found a nice bar for tapas and wine. (Quite a few places to choose from)."
