“Booked the property for a two night stay, was alerted by the property hours before check in that the room I booked had a plumbing issue. Took hours and many phone calls to reach a place that they placed us in another room but said we would have to be out of it the following morning then check into a completely separate room. “We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Venice Villas kennen wir von vorherigen Aufenthalten, nur diesmal war es kontaktlos. Die Kommunikation verlief etwas schleppend, man bekam nicht wirklich zügig eine Antwort. “Everything was great until I pulled back the covers to get in the king size bed and found it was full of sand and very small dark curly hairs. Since I didn’t want to cause a fuss at 1 am with the security guard, who was the only staff available from 7 - 7, I pulled all the bedding off and slept in one of the twin beds instead. Definitely a one and done at the Atlantic Beach Resort for me. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would issue one.”
