We found the STAFF are amazing & helpful & the Spa etc was amazing.! Massage was perfect & Food was superb with good selections WE want to stay AGAIN soon

The girl in the spa Vanessa physically attacked me an employee of the spa, because i didn't get out on time.. my cell phone was stolen just outside the hotel, the man at the front desk had good customer service, the female at front desk during the day did not... the agua thermal "hot spring" is NOT hot, its cold btw. Quiet town, too small kinda boring. I came fon a 2 day trip from Barcelona... should have skipped this town. I only went for the "hot spring" buffet sucks, coffee was good 👍

Baño perdia agua por la mampara , grifo totalmente viejo ( necesita cambio hab. 303) Falta un bar, para tornar algo, en plan tranquilo, despues de cenar. Hay maquinas en el hall y un pub musical de copas lateral, que da a la calle que no pega con el tipo de hotel. desayuno de baja calidad y café malo.

Muy justito para 4 * Habitación pequeña, moqueta con manchas como de lejia. Minibar vacio, ni agua Desayuno muy pobre, embutidos de baja calidad, huevos fritos o tortilla con suplemento... Puse una nota que era para una celebración de aniversario de bodas (30 aniversario)y ningún detalle. Nunca antes me había ocurrido. Personal de recepción y balneario muy agradables.

Un hotel con encanto. Esta al lado de la playa, y cerca tiene todo tipo de bares y restaurantes. Tambien puedes dejar el coche en el parkin a buen precio . El spa es pequeño pero completo. Las habitaciones són nuevas.

La habitación no está mal, pero le falta mantenimiento. El desayuno correcto. El balneario… a mi mujer le encanta! Por eso vamos a este hotel todos los años a desconectar unos días. Precio ajustado.

Desayuno buffet sin opciones vegetariaras ni veganas, no podian ni siquiera ofrecer un huevo revuelto o frito, todo con cerdo, al preguntar, responden enfadados que esto es lo que hay y que la cocina no puede hacer nada extra, solo hay bolleria con grasa de cerdo, una pena de 4 estrellas, eso si 45 minutos en la piscina como maximo 1 vez y a pagar sauna y demas separado. perono podian hacerme un huevo sin fiambre ni pagando

Das Frühstück ist genial. Das Personal ist stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber sowohl das Bad auch. Die Lage ist in einer Belebten meile mit viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und circa 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Nun, zum kleinen Minuspunkt, die Zudecke ist extrem dünn, ist mehr oder weniger was für den Hochsommer

Excelente Servicio

Excelente servicio, la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel este año (2023). Limpio y fresco. Empleados/empleadas maravillosos que entienden de servicio y de atención. El Spa un cinco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Historia de de servicio, el mimo Sr Pablo Ruiz Picasso visitó el hotel con su esposa en el año 1917.

El hotel genial pero hacen viajes del Imserso y eso te revienta unas vacaciones. Todo lleno de señores mayores que son como niños. No se puede desayunar tranquilo
