"My husband and I took our son and niece. Big enough for all us. the host never responded to a message and I had to contact someone who works for Vrbo and gave me their personal number. The beds were as hard as a rock. 1 of the plug in’s was broke. (Watch small children around it) they knew 4 people was staying left 2 towels and a hand towel. Which had long pieces of hair. We stay often at rental places and don’t like to leave a bad review but this was the worst. We Won’t return there. "

"Not enough handicap parking. Never an open spot. Receptionist not very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and were given only 2 wash cloths. Upon returning for the second night, housekeeping had not touched our room. No clean towels, trash was full. Called for towels and they brought some up. States they only clean rooms every other day. Hair dryer broken and kept falling off the wall. As much as we paid for the room I would expect better service. Will not use Hilton again in the future."
