The hotel was fabulous. The restaurant and bar were too expensive. $19.50 for the breakfast bar was outrageous.

I was floored how filthy this hotel was. The floors throughout the entire hotel looked liked they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. One of the elevators stopped and opened when it was only halfway to the floor. The restaurant was closed indefinitely. For the money I paid for this hotel, I expected it to be MUCH nicer. The staff were all nice and helpful. But it is a very unclean hotel and it’s outdated. Was one of my worse experiences at a hotel, ever.

Great location for business or trip to check out the sites in Springfield. All the key amenities including a good gym, easy to get to Capitol and Lincoln sites, and great service throughout the hotel.

Called the evening before check in was told the pool was open. Upon arrival was told the pool was closed we understand things happen but our boys were looking forward to swimming. So we ended up still paying for the room and going across the street to the the other hotel since their pool was open. The staff was very nice and the rooms were nice but since the whole weekend was planned around my kids we decided to pay for the room since we were going to be charged regardless and go to another hotel.
