“Very clean, well equipped. The pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing since the hot tub was a big part of the reason i boled here, however the owner did bring a pass or another property, bit it was 10 min away and very crowded. She had very quick communication. Woild reccomend to anyone!”

“The stay was perfect. The kitchen was stocked and everything worked as it should. We had 7 people and never had any hot water issues. There are TV’s everywhere and they are Roku, so we could login to all of our accounts to watch the games we wanted to see. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing as well. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. ”

Absolutely amazing and great location as you can see boyne mountain from the kitchen window which is what we came for. Hosts Jeff & Shawn greeted us when we arrived and were awesome our whole stay offering extra pillows, heating options etc. Great people! The Cozy stay is close to all the main attractions keeping it easy on the car. Can wait to come back! ”

“This home is relaxing, cozy, and wonderful. Family of four plus our dog and this was the perfect space for us. You also cannot beat the location - short drive to Boyne Mountain, Kiwidinok farms, and grocery store, etc. Rob and Desiree were incredibly welcoming and fantastic hosts. They offered several recommendations re places to go and things to see. We would love to stay again! ”

“Great location for skiing at Schuss Mtn, quick 2 minute drive to the yellow chair lift. Also nice view out of the front door looking at the ski hill. Just a quick note for people bringing the doggos, make sure you bring their crate so you can do that when you leave to ski as the owners request you to do that. We used the grill outside to cook so that was nice to have. Also I was a huge fan of all the notes left everywhere for directions. And the bathroom was great for drying our ski gear when……
