“The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the underground parking was a big plus. The host was very responsive and proactive with communication, which made check-in and the overall stay easy. The location was convenient, especially if you need to be near Froedtert or the Wauwatosa/Milwaukee area. Overall, it was an easy and comfortable stay, and we would stay here again.”

“I’ll return for sure.”

“Great stay for our team during our travels!”

“The parking was a problem because when I was there one of the garage entrances was out of order. That made parking a bit of a pain. The door entry system was a little complicated. The host provided coffee service in the room. That was excellent. The room was great. Operating the TV needed better instructions. Overall, I plan to stay there in the future.”

“I would rate this a 4.5. This was an excellent and convenient location, very attractively decorated, good amenities. The only thing was the kitchen floor and mat in front of the sink was tacky under our shoes. Also the person above the apt played music loudly every evening and on weekends. ”

“Great place”

“Charged a security deposit and did not refund after checkout. Their customer resolution # indicates an email address to use for refunds however the speaker does not speak clearly so you can get the email address.”

“Nettes, sauberes und freundliches Empfangspersonal.”

“Over all the stay very good place was clean. The lady in the front desk not good she has tons of attitude.”

“Nice little place. Price was a bit spendy for what u get. But if u have a bigger group prolly better. Sleeps more than the amount we had so I could see how that would be more affordable. Charcoal wouldn't light so we cldnt grill but everything else was ok. Very clean. Had zero contact with host. Didn't need anything though so that was fine. Had a great time at Summerfest which was why we were there. All in all good stay.”

“The apartment and location were exactly as described, and communication was excellent. The host provided very clear and helpful directions regarding how to access the key fob from the lockbox on the building, even providing a YouTube video showing how the lockboxes operate, which was critical. The only negatives for me were that there were multiple air fresheners in use in the apartment, which I found off-putting, being sensitive to chemicals. Additionally, out of the host's control, the……

“Great location!”

“Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Loved the balcony— had coffee there every day and watched the neighborhood wake up. The permanent resident downstairs was extremely nice and outgoing. Will make every effort to stay here next time we visit our granddaughter who lives in the neighborhood.”

“Nice place, convenient location. Easy to get into, had a little of everything I needed.”

“The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very close to the Baird center and other places we wanted to visit.”
