Featuring 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, Bedroom #1 provides a Master Suite with a King bed, TV, and Private Master Bath. Bedroom #2 provides a Queen bed, TV, and access to a Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #3 provides 2 Double beds, TV, and access to a Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #4 provides Twin over Double Bunk bed, TV, and access to a Shared Full Bath.

Large open kitchen and living area with hard surface flooring in all rooms. Full equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Oven, Coffee Maker and Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Beverage Refrigerator. Interior washer/dryer. 5 Smart TVs with Amazon Fire TV 4K Sticks or Fire TV Cube preloaded with all popular streaming services just waiting for your personal logins to access! Wireless Internet Service. Living area includes 65" 4K TV incuding Dolby surround sound system and a 12-in-1 Arcade Machine with the classics for family fun time!

Rents Weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location

Microwave did not work; refrigerator needs to be replaced. Air vents in bedroom appear to have mildew stains.AC needs to be balanced. Top floor very cold and lower floor was moderate.Exterior needs work; rusty screws. Lounge chairs were rusted.Kitchen was well appointed. Two coffee makers is a nice touch. Wine cooler was appreciated.Views were great. A good investment would be an ice maker. Also suggest adding fans to bedrooms.
