“Had a fantastic family holiday at the Pela Mare in August 25. The hotel was nicely presented with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and peaceful with great views but close enough to shops and restaurants etc. Would recommend ”

“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“Very clean just too isolated and hard to find taxis. That’s not on them though, I should have done my research a little better. If you have a vehicle it would be perfect and I would recommend this if you want to be in a quiet area or near the airport ”
