“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”

“Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia. ”

“Perfect location, supermarket on the next block, only downsides are it's on the third floor with no elevator and sound insulation is not good. Good shower.”

“Hervorragende, moderne, vermutlich nagelneue Anlage. Nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, diese jedoch zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttlebus des Hotels sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wobei ich in der Regel zu Fuß unterwegs war, zum Shuttle-Bus daher nichts Genaueres sagen kann.”

“Slight mix up with the booking of my room but it was sorted by very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is located outside the city core but metro station is 5 mins walk away, bus stop is 2 mins away and the city centre is walkable within 20 mins. Neighbourhood is quiet at night and a 24 hour supermarket is 2 mins walk away if you need anything. Room was cleaned to a high standard and I didn’t notice anything which gave me pause. Great value for money and a comfortable stay”
