“Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable Sash cord was broken on window and one of the lights in the bathroom needed a replacement bulb. Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes”

“It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you ”

“We found the Victoria Inn wonderful...staff was so accomodating to all our needs both in hotel and bar...room was spacious and clean and well equipped with coffee and other condiments...and also bathroon...would recommend this Inn to family and friends”

"El diseño de interiorismo del hotel, el roof toop y todo el mobiliario estan increibles, además que su personal son extremadamente amables, yo no tenia idea del concepto del self check in, y que por llegar 15 minutos tarde no tuvimos la oportunidad de tener una vista como hubiéramos deseado, pero en general todo excelente, ya nos habíamos hospedado en el de Miami, pero este nos gusto mucho"
