“The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next……

“The apartment is one of a kind with an infinity swimming pool, gym, laundry area, very safe place and friendly staff. Very near to NU Sentral transport hub where you can grab a train to anywhere you want to go. I highly recommended the place.”

“Nice place to visit Kuala Lumpur. The checkin procedure is only via WhatsApp. need a smartphone and an internet connection. But the team is responsive. You should tell more clearly that the rental do NOT provide access to the pool nor the gym room.”

“Very good location. MRT Conlay subway station 3 minutes walk. Large trendy shopping mall Pavilion, 12 min walk. We had a 1-bedroom apartment with view of Petronas Twin Towers from the bedroom. Our apartment had stove, microwave and washing machine with dry cycle. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is a great selling point for this property. Might be very busy at times. Security staff very good. There is not very close 7-Eleven or other convenience store around. Be aware while booking this is……

The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Would definitely consider staying here again.”

“The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are 2 small grocery shops on the ground floor, one of them is open 24/7. I was really impressed by the view from the pool area and the gym. The property is in walking distance to public trasportation and Petrin towers for people who like to walk. The rooms do not include housekeeping but there is a washing machine and dryer in the room. I recommend this property.”

Expectations exceeded

"First time to stay within the Shangri-La hotel brand and I was not disappointed. Expectations were exceeded. From the excellent service of all the staff to the ambience of the lobby bar, with live music, this hotel is definitely now my preferred choice for trips to Kuala Lumpur."
