“This location was perfect for access to all the sites we wanted to visit. The upstairs loft gave our teenage grandchild a little bit of private space. It's a lovely walkable neighborhood. We loved the balcony out front. There are lots of food options nearby as well as a park with a swimming pool. ”

“Terrible, dirty property. No blinds covering large bedroom window. Cleveland State has bright security lights shining through the window the entire night. Everything is extremely old and dirty. Host didn’t provide checkin or checkout instructions - I had to reach out each time. Doors to all the closets fell off the track when tried to open. Dirty silverware left in dishwasher and no spoons in kitchen. I would not recommend. ”

“Updated, clean and very comfortable. Host very responsive to messages. She provided everything from Roku, to eye make up fiber cloths, shampoo/conditioner and coffee/creamer. Everything needed is a shot walk or drive away. Just be sure to lock your car.”

“Solid stay and within walking distance of event”

“In the heart of downtown but very easy to get to. We were there on a very busy weekend and everything was very convenient and within walking distance. 15 min walk to Progressive Field and Rocket Morgage field house. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Bigger than a hotel room by far. Only thing is since there is no parking and it was a busy weekend (mob playoffs, rock hall induction, and Browns game) parking rate was extremely high- $80 a night ”

“We had a comfortable stay for 1 week. The property has all the basic needs, including Keurig. It is not modern and updated. But it was just perfect. The beds were comfortable. With an elevator and gated entry, it was safe. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“What a great well maintained up to date property! The property is in a safe neighborhood, garage parking, and the residents that I met were all really nice and helpful. I would definitely rent this property again if I go back to Cleveland.”
