"Location is great. A lot of car park space. A bus stop right in front of the hotel and metro station nearby. Central park is across the road. Lotte mart is in walking distance with other shops and restaurants nearby. Starbucks bakery shop and a convenient store is available at the lobby. Fitness centre with spa and sauna nail art and hair salon with fine dining restaurants and buffet is all available within the hotel. Staff are all wonderful. Especially one male staff with a genuine smile friendly and warm attentive with a great personality and well mannered. Honestly i fell in love with him. Cleaning staff are fantastic cleaning up my room. Room was spacious with fantastic tv wifi restroom and bathroom facilities and a lot of storage area. I do recommend this hotel. I hope to visit and stay at this hotel again."

"首先呢間係trip.com顯示係二星酒店，係Expedia錯誤將佢顯示為三星，Expedia呢度話間酒店去機場係49分鐘但實際係1.5小時度，要轉2次車，地點一d都唔方便，酒店去首爾、明洞等熱門景點都要1個鐘起。 在酒店方面，一入住就發現電視機壞左，完全無訊號，熄左但電視機個紅燈都長開，照住令人好難訓同埋都唔知有無偷錄影功能先會長開。其次，一入住就發現廁所浴缸同床有短頭髮，第二日叫職員打掃間房，點知個職員都係無清潔，住5晚就連續5晚都無人清理，都唔敢坐浴缸。同埋連垃圾都係要自己扔同換垃圾袋。 優點方面，惟一就係有水同飲品無限供應。"

"不知道是不是整體韓國都一樣，今次的行程入住了三間酒店，反正入住每一間酒店的枕頭看似乾淨，但一接觸到便覺得很痕癢。"
