“Very nice apartment, in a nice neighborhood. Check in was a breeze, Tom gave us detailed instructions and he was great to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots and plans and dishes for some evening meals. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts. ”

“We could not have dreamed of a better location. There was so much to see, do, and eat within walking distance. Bring comfy shoes!! The communication with the host was quick and easy. “We rented this lovely property for our Family Field Trip to DC. The house was perfect for our large group of multiple families. We loved the accommodations and the location. “Place worked great! Had to search a little to find a unrestricted parking spot but in front of the church worked good. Also would be nice to have more mirrors. Difficult for the ladies to put make-up on.”

“We loved this VRBO. So convenient, super super clean, great location. Even though it's a basement unit it doesn't feel like it at all. Everything is really new and comfy. Super responsive host and parking. Highly recommend!”

“This is a garden level property with key pad to enter. We requested the code on arrival as it was not provided to us prior. Luckily, the property manager was responsive so there was no delay in getting in. One of the showers did not have hot water which was unfortunately not fixed during our stay so we could only use one of the showers. A street parking pass was provided to us when we arrived and free parking was a plus. There were several bugs in the unit likely due to the level we were on and……
