“The apartment experience was as presented in the pictures. While being in a basement, it did not lack for light.The only fault in the rear bedroom was the lack of an ability to soften the lighting. An option from the in celling lights would have been appreciated. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and parking our car was as easy as stated. ”

“This place is lovely. It's super clean and in a great location. It's a 5 minute walk to Union Station. The NOMA neighborhood is upscale and quaint at the same time. The hosts are very accommodating. I was able to check in early and leave late. Parking was a breeze on the street with their parking pass. My dogs felt very at home and there's a dog park within a couple of blocks. The cookies and chocolates were a special touch.”

“We liked the cozy downstairs apartment. It had everything we needed and we even managed to cook successfully. The greatest thing about the place is the fantastic neighborhood. We walked to the museums, monuments and restaurants and felt comfortable sterolling around at night. We would stay here again.”

“We went to Washington DC and stayed at a pelican 2 bedroom apartment.Having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us,2couples,our privacy and also being able to spend mornings enjoying breakfast together and nights hanging out recapping our day.Our host was extremely responsive I received either an email or text back within an hour. The apartment was very clean and all amenities were beautiful. It’s in the perfect walking location to all main attractions. There are also many restaurants to choose……

“The apartment was clean and bright and spacious. There were 3 adults that stayed in the apartment. 1 in each bedroom and 1 on the pull out couch. 2.5 baths, a lovely little outdoor space and a nice kitchen. The neighborhood was really cute with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Not far from all the central DC sights. Joah was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. Would absolutely recommend this apartment!!! ”
