“The family really enjoyed the stay here. 5 minutes to the U2 station, many good restaurants and beer garden in the area. Safe, quiet at night, great area to walk around even with young kids. Apartment was clean and and the patio was great. Would love to stay here again.”

“This well-managed apartment was ideal for our trip to see the sites of Berlin. It was warm, comfortable, well-equipped and situated in a safe complex of family homes. Transport links, shops and places to eat are all close by. It was a pleasure to stay there, and we felt well looked after in our communications with Andreas and with his representative, Valentin, who was there to greet us.”

“I went with 3 friends and we stayed a whole week. The place had everything we needed and matches with the description. Ruth was always responsive. The location is really great, very near to the tram and you can go everywhere. I recommend this place.”

“Clean space, washing and drying facilities, plenty of sleeping space for family of 5, easy enough to fit of away the bed in lounge for better seating in evening or daytime. Close to train and tram stops.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten Apartement sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist neu und es gab alles, was wir benötigt haben. Schnee vor der Tür und drinnen schön warm, so schön kann Winter in Berlin sein. Einen Bäcker giibt es auf der anderen Strassenseite und die Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist um die Ecke: sehr praktisch.Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“It seems they didn't change the bedsheets both in the room and the sofa bed. We found long hair and body hairs on both sheets. The tab is the toilet is broken so we have to wash hands somewhere else after toilet. The kitchen is not well cleaned. There's wifi appears on the connection list but it can never be connected. However, it's a spacious apartment to hangout.”

“Vorerst; die Lage war wirklich perfekt – direkt in Berlin. Man kam von dort echt überall sehr gut hin.Aber leider lief der Check-in gar nicht gut. Wir hatten keine genaue Adresse bekommen und die Nummer, die hinterlegt war, war nicht erreichbar. Haben dann über eine Stunde das Haus gesucht und mussten nochmal über eine Stunde warten, bis wir rein durften, obwohl wir eigentlich schon längst hätten einchecken sollen.Die Wohnung selbst war leider auch nicht besonders sauber. Die Toilette wurde……
