“1.住宿前先把護照拍照及一些資料輸入，check in時就會非常方便，掃描QR CODE 到他發送密碼進入房間不用一分鐘，如果英文日文不好的，或跟櫃臺人員有溝通恐懼的倒是非常方便，check out也是掃描QR CODE就走人了 2.這次入住若要說稍微不滿意的應該是住了5晚就都沒人打掃，因為規定好像要6天？以上（有點忘了規定）才會有1次人員打掃，建議規定可以放寬。 3新大阪坐新幹線、地鐵、JR都非常方便，但周邊跟我以前住的是冷清了一些，有便利商店，但沒有超市”

“Great location. Great access to Shin-Osaka Station and Midosuji Line. Very nice Isakaya arround. Live neighborhood at the same time the apartments are very quiet. The only negative was the laundry machine. It was quite dirty inside and didn't wash the clothes properly but was very handy to have one in the room. You can hung your clothes to dry otside or in the washroom turning on the drying setting on the vent. (3 to 4 hours was enough to completely dry our clothes)”

“Nice room right near the train station (could not hear the train in the room). Clean and use of laundry was very helpful!”

“給湯器トラブルが3連泊中ずっとありましたが電話したらすぐ部屋まで来て下さり対応がスムーズでした。管理者の方も大阪情報をたくさん教えて下さり気さくで話しやすかったです。子連れでしたが、部屋中が綺麗でキッチンスポンジも新しくして下さっていたりと子連れ宿泊にも清潔で安心して宿泊できました。”
