“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. “The staff at the Shoreditch Hub by Premier were absolutely incredible and helped us with anything we needed during our week long stay. The rooms were nice and clean and check in/out was seamless. Shoreditch is also a really neat, culture rich location and has an Underground station very conveniently close by. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in London! ”
