“Host was very responsive.”

“The apartment itself was adorable. It was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. My only complaint was that the washer & dryer are not within the unit. The washer & dryer are coin operated and in the basement of the building (which was a little scary for women traveling alone). The VRBO “highlights” of the property stated that there is a washer & dryer. It isn’t until the bottom of the full length description that it mentions that it is coin……

“Omg best location, adorable house, nice back yard ,very accommodating! Very friendly host!”

“Soney is a great host! At check in, there was some trouble with the lock and Soney drove from a hour away to help us with the issue, and help set up an artificial Christmas tree to surprise my little boys. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our family of 4. We were visiting family for Christmas, and it was great to have a central meeting point for dinners, visits, and just general family time. The house has a huge, well appointed kitchen, plenty bathrooms, and anything……

“Karrie was wonderful and everything was great”

“Very clean & private. Hosts are wonderful. Would stay here again next trip. Really, a 10 out of 10 😊”

“Very nice and clean”

“Perfect parking situation and the room was really comfy! Overall, a solid experience.”

“This is an excellent little space in a fantastic location. Everything was clean and accessible, and the check in process was smooth and straightforward. It is very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants.”

“Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.”

“Our host, Basil, was very easy to communicate with. He provided very quick responses to questions and made sure we had all the information we needed. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable and welcoming. Would consider renting again if we make it back to Ft. Collins.”

“Wonderful property located minutes from Main St. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting our son at CSU and the house was just about 20-25 minutes away. It was a great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins but still close enough to get to everything easily.”

“Ideal location, nice beds and rugs.”

“Great property. Close enough to shops/grocery stores and yet for enough from businesses to be easy and relaxing. Located in a true neighborhood setting. Enjoyed seeing the young families being active around the amenities provided in the development.”

“This property was listed very accurately. Was very clean, the host was very accommodating. Just be reminded that if your over 6' 4" you might have to bend a bit.”

“This is a lovely property-really a small house! Blackout shades ensure a good sleep and the living room is comfortable for relaxing. Washer and dryer are a plus!”
