The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Centre, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV. The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 50" Smart TV and WIFI included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. From the dining table, enjoy watching the chickens out the large window with your morning coffee! The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with ample clothes storage. It’s a really lovely property very spacious and comfortable and ideally placed for Exeter or exploring further afield in Devon.
