“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“Situated in an adorable neighborhood, this ultra clean home was equiped with everything we needed for our Rochester visit. Open and bright living space was quite comfortable and spacious. “The property is just as described. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and were surprised how quite the neighborhood was with our bedroom windows open. Good mattress! Great location to walk downtown and two restaurants right across the street from the house.”

“We spent a couple nights at this beautifully taken-care of place with a lake view. The home was clean and envying we needed was there. The view from the deck was perfect for having your morning coffee and we enjoyed using the BBQ. While there is no direct water access, there is a public beach just over a mile away. The place is probably best suited for a couple or single person for longer stays.”

“Stayed with extended family for a wedding in Rochester (12 in all). An absolutely gorgeous house and property. Usually, pictures can be hit or miss, in this case the description and pictures are spot on and then some. A big plus was the good sized fenced in backyard area as we had the family dog with us. It was a short drive to the college and to shopping, yet we felt like we were a world away at the lake. I would highly recommend this clean beautiful lake home.”
