Must have been rotting for months. I brought this up to the hotel. They apologized and provided us with a different room. Fine! The next day, my mother-in-law checked.

“The room was very noisy at the night. It faced the street and through the night we had car lights flashing in, sirens and horns and cars zipping by.”

“The cotton towers are not clean enough. I hope you ensure all the beds and towers are washed before the new guest arrives. Clean stuff is the most important issue for the reputation of any hotel. ”

“Location is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Easy to get around town!”
