We stayed for 2 days , the place was packed with people and kids, understandable. There were toys in the hallways, kids running up and down the hallway till late in the night, my wife and I wanted to use one of the hot tubs but they were all occupied, one hot tub had people in chairs around it just drinking in there street clothes with no intentions of using the hot tub, we finally got to a hot tub and it was disgusting!! Our bathroom sink was clogged, it filled up pretty bad just washing our hands! The room next to us were partying all night and very loud! It took 15 minutes to have someone come to the front desk, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. Later that evening we went to hot tub, 3 of the hot tubs were not working. One of the hot tubs that was working had so many chemicals, it literally burned my husbands leg hair off. When we went back to our room, our key did not work. When going to bed there was a screaming child and multiple kids running the floors. Our reservation was for Saturday and Sunday night but they had us leaving Sunday morning, so again our keys did not work and had to go to the front desk to figure it out. There were three people at the desk but only one knew how to remedy the situation. Sunday night the hotel was much quieter but we promptly left Monday morning. Loved the balcony and hot tubs. TV seems to be dying… no matter what station the sound and picture would fade in and out. Three times throughout our stay the screen went black.
