"This property is old but well maintained, a good value. Very clean, in a safe neighborhood and convenient to everything in Arrecife. Staff is helpful, pleasant and friendly. "

"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough!
From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the...

"Beautiful, comfortable and clean hotel 15min away from the airport by car. It’s not on the coast, but San Bartolomé’s area is incredibly charming. Since it’s in the center of the island you are not far from anywhere. There’s no elevator, there are few parking spots (including 2 for electric cars), sometimes you have to park outside.
For once, window shutters allow to sleep in the dark, and sound isolation is ok. Rooms are big, bed and pillows very comfortable, and breakfast is good. "

"Pool view room, sea view from bedroom window. A bit dated, could do with an upgrade. Nice walk into the old town, not too far. Only cleaned once weekly, terrace not cleaned. . Plenty of sun loungers, nice clean pools. "

"Overall the hotel is very good, but some room for improvement with the pool area needing attention, lots of sun bed hogging, very hard beds, but they will provide a topper if you ask. The best part is the staff, all super friendly and efficient, food ok too."

"Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out. "

"A beautiful hotel and one where photos you see on a website do not disappoint in reality. The Sea Legs pool was stunning and kept me from going to Dorada beach which is what I’d usually do. Hotel perfectly located for a 5 min stroll to the marina too. Couldn’t fault anything there in all honesty "
"Absolutely stunning hotel. Super clean, staff is so professional, food is delicious, close to beach, marina, restaurants. I would highly reccomend it! "
"Not the best of locations in Lanzarote, and with limited parking just outside the hotel, nevertheless everything else about Aparthotel I union was excellent - the room, the meals, the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again."
"Room and all amenities incredibly clean i have a commercial cleaning company in London so this is a big important factor for me. Staff are fun and friendly amenities are fun.. fitness centre is workable it is clean though and cardio machines work. The pools are amazing and breakfast is one of the beat ive had for a while"
"Room cleaned to a good standard and towels changed every day…. Pool area good music not too loud plenty of sun beds and great pool entertainment location and sea views are the best"

The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! We had a junior suite and the bed in our our room as so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home. We had a sea view but could also see the power station from our balcony, this didn't really bother us too much however. Food was good for AI, good quality and always plenty of options. There was also a great selection of drinks, including branded spirits and we loved how the snacks at the pool bars were all individually packaged and stored in cabinets, not simply left on the side. We would definitely return to this hotel but probably choose a deluxe room on the quieter side of the hotel."
