“The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. The property details folder was on the……

“Excellent property for all our needs. Away for my daughters hen weekend. We’ve all had a amazing time and would definitely recommend to others. ”

“Schoon, gezellig,liefdevol,compleet”

“Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.”

“A great stay, the property was perfect for us in every way and location was excellent. Hope to be back one day.”

“Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the……

“Alles super ”

“Everything, apart from the WC, sink and shower, in one room including the main bed and the bunk beds. Room quite dark as window up against a fence. Unable to watch TV from the bed as it does not face you - can only be seen from the backless bar stools at the table - a small sofa would be a good addition. Outside light not working - imitation grass to the front, rubbish needs clearing from the sides. Good location - short walk to the beach and not too far to walk into Bournemouth. Buses stop……

“Good host ideal location for us as we were visiting family living nearby. Great cafe opposite for breakfast a bit pricey but great food & choice. Short walk to pub/places to drink. Would recommend”

“Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍”

“We stayed at this accommodation for several days and had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. While the cleanliness could have been a little more detailed, it did not significantly affect our time there. Additionally, some of the kitchen items—especially the knives—were a bit difficult to use, which made food preparation less convenient. That said, the location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the property comfortably accommodated……

“Lovely little secluded place, perfect for staying over with a wedding at Sopley Mill. Place was beautiful, surrounded by trees and lovely little touches within the property. Thank you :)”

“Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gute Lage. Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung könnten mehr sein.”

“Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. On inspection of the……

“Excellent”

“We had the best stay in this beautiful shepherds hut. The location was perfect, the position of the shepherds hut allowed for guest privacy while also offering wonderful views and outdoor space. The accommodation was perfect with everything you could need. Would highly recommend. ”
