Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive—and the neighbor was especially helpful (as the owners were away). The sea view is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable.We did face a number of issues during our stay, though they were resolved promptly. It would have greatly improved our experience to have a clear set of instructions available for things like Wi-Fi, appliances (i.e. Mobile AirCo), and general logistics.While the listing suggests a private pool, the outdoor area is directly adjacent to the neighboring property, with no physical barrier in between. In our case, the neighbor was seated right beside the pool (at his own garden) while we were using it, which made the space feel less private. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée. La piscine avec vue sur la mer tres appréciée. La maison se trouve à 15 min à pied de la plage et de tous les commerces et restaurants. Ce qui permet de dormir au calme mais avec la possibilité d'avoir toutes les animations le soir à quelques pas. En plus, pour ceux qui ne veulent pas marcher et n'ont pas peur de se faire mouiller, le petit train passe à quelques pas de la maison et descend jusqu'aux animations. Village très animé. La semaine est passée trop vite. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat vor unserer Anreise noch einen Hochstuhl und Kinderbett besorgt. Für Kinder ab 4 Jahren also gut geeignet. Ein Hocker/Tritt wäre noch praktisch um die Waschbecken zu erreichen. Der Pool bietet eine angenehme Alternativ bei windigem Wetter und wird regelmäßig von den netten Nachbarn gereinigt. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen und gern die Plancha zum Grillen genutzt. Et la piscine offre un compléments de fraîcheur et de détente disponible à toute heure de la journée... Hilfsbereite Nachbarn, die sich auch um den Pool kümmern, diesen beispielsweise wöchentlich reinigen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Ferienort hat leider nicht so viel zu bieten und ist etwas schmucklos. Dafür sind die Strände schön und auch nicht überlauten. Selbst in der Hauptsaison geht es. Schade fanden wir, dass es kaum Hundestrände gibt. Wir haben lange gesucht, bis wir einen gefunden haben. Dieser war ca.10 km entfernt und wirklich toll! Wie fast überall in Frankreich, so ist es auch in dieser Region vor Vorteil, wenn man französisch spricht. Nur wenige sprechen englisch.
