SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.
