The room was clean and comfortable, but very spare. Shower had hot.water but a door that didn’t quite close so water leaked out onto the floor. The breakfast bar food was collected was missing a waffle maker. Overall the stay was fine for a quick overnight but not more.

I was awakened at midnight with a phone call from the desk, asking for my name. What the hell! Next day, I went to the desk for an explanation. I was told that I had been given the wrong room! When I tried to call the manager, I was not able to even leave a message….mailbox full. I would never stay at TRU AGAIN!!!!

I am so sorry to hear your stay was bad. I am the GM here at TRU, but I had no missed calls and my mailbox is empty. Not sure why you couldn't get through to me.

Unfortunately the room was so filthy. We checked in and left about 4 hours later. I did not want my dog on the floor, the bathroom was so gross and under the mattress was so dirty. There were multiple hairs in the bed. I wonder if it was really cleaned 😬

There was no coffee when we came down for breakfast which started at 7! I think that is too late especially when we wanted to get on the road to drive home. Other hotels around breakfast started at 6. There was empty beer boxes. The room was clean!

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not as you had hoped. Unfortunately, our coffee machine went completely down that morning, and we had to call someone in to fix it. We did finally get it up and running shortly there after.

The gentleman that was on front desk was amazing , friendly, helpful. He later came to our room to help us out with TV. He was great …One thing , in talking with kitchen staff and front desk , there is not milk at breakfast for cereal ???? That doesn’t seem possible but was told that the kitchen does not get what is ordered. But no milk at breakfast, come on .

Property was easy to reach off interstate. Plenty of dining options. Negatives were road noise and a train goes past the hotel and blows the whistle.

I called the reception for them to lower the noise level of the room next to ours and I don’t know how they address my request because they did not call me back or follow up. My husband had to go and request another room.

Very modern and minimalistic hotel. TVs were nice. Bathroom was nice. Room was clean. Sheets weren’t felt a little rough. Staff was friendly. Breakfast should be improved. Not many options. Eggs were gritty. Pancake machine had unclear directions. Would be nice if they offered biscuits and gravy. Overall, I would stay again.

Third time staying at Tru Hilton in Florence, SC. Appreciate the front desk hospitality & welcome bag w waters, room cleanliness, 6am weekday breakfast variety, mini fridge in room, microwave and snack area in lobby and the indoor pool. The request for a tub & quiet room was fulfilled. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Il n’avait pas personne à l’accueil, attendu 15 min. Frigo de la chambre n’était pas connecter donc chaud. L’eau chaude pour le thé était froide . Ce matin au déjeuner il n’avait pas de lait froid pour les céréales. Et le café était tiède .

After a long drive from Florida to Virginia we booked this hotel last minute . Check in was fast, next day we started with a good breakfast . Only the coffee was a little light for my taste ! Clean and easy to reach from highway .
