“Todo, el hotel, la habitación, el personal bien amable, el servicio, el desayuno excelente. Mi esposo y yo lo pasamos muy bien. Tuvimos una linda experiencia en Santiago de Compostela y en el Hotel Castro. Volveremos a quedarnos en el mismo hotel cuando regresemos. Está fuera del area de mucho ruido pero solamente entre 10 y 15 minutos de la Catedral. Nos encantó con el respeto que el personal de la cafetería trató a los peregrinos del camino. Bueno, todo estuvo de maravilla. ”

“The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful ”
