Living Spaces:
The spacious and inviting living room has stylish mid-century modern furnishings including a large, leather sectional sofa where guests can comfortably relax to stream favorite shows or movies on the wall-mounted Smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining:
The sunny and bright, open design of the kitchen/living/dining area makes this home ideal for entertaining. The fully updated chef’s kitchen features white cabinets, sleek white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The dining area has an elegant white table with upholstered seating for six, illuminated by a ratan-weave pendant chandelier that imparts an island ambiance.

Bedrooms & Baths:

This charming beach cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The primary suite has a luxurious King size bed, matching nightstands with reading lamps, full length mirror, wicker arm chair, wall-mounted Smart TV, security safe, and vibrant botanical decor.

Guest bedroom #2 has a comfy queen-size bed, matching nightstands with reading lamps, wicker arm chair, wall-mounted Smart TV and closet.

Guest Bedroom #3, located toward the back of the home, is a larger room with a vibrant tropical color palette, a queen size bed, matching nightstands and reading lamps, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a cute kitchenette.
Bedrooms #2 & #3 share access to a cheery, canary-yellow hallway bathroom with a dual-head, walk-in, tiled shower.

The Florida room is a bonus space that can be utilized as a fourth bedroom, or as an office.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron, laundry detergent and storage shelving.

Outdoor Amenities:

This charming sea-side cottage is nestled in a grove of mature tropical trees and palms. The front driveway has parking space for three vehicles.
The backyard is truly a tropical oasis. This beautiful backyard boasts palms, mango, avocado and starfruit trees, as well as potted plants and flowers.
There is a gas BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for four, shaded by an umbrella.
A pool safety fence is available per request.
Guests can access the yellow pool shed, which has plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, kids pool toys and fun floaties, as well as several outdoor yard games, including cornhole.

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is a great place to stroll, bike or run. Nestled between Middle River Terrace and Lazy Lake, Casa Colorida is just one-mile south of Wilton Manors, South Florida’s most famous Gayborhood (comparable to Provincetown, MA).

Fort Lauderdale public beach is just 3.5 miles away.
Las Olas beach is just 2.5 miles away from Casa Colorida. Las Olas also features an upscale shopping district.
Casa Colorida is convenient to Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (just 6.8 miles away) and just 35 miles from Miami Beach and all the sights and sounds the city of Miami has to offer.






As your hosts, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We are always a phone/ text away. We are committed to your satisfaction.
If you have any issues whatsoever, immediately contact us and we will make it right whatever it takes.

We provide all basic necessities: starter kit of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper , paper towels , trash bags . There are many stores near by if you require additional items.
We also provide a hair dryer per each bathroom, iron and ironing board.

HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

Please note additional House Rules :
> Only registered guests are permitted on premises.

>There are security cameras outdoors at the front door entrance and at right side of the house for security purposes only.
Tempering with safety or security equipment including smoke detectors sound monitors or cameras has a $200 fine and could cause for termination of the stay.

>No loud noise is permitted outside between 10:00 PM -7 AM per Broward County regulations.

> The primary renter is solely responsible for any damage or missing items. We do a pre and post inspection every stay.

>Trash cans are located on the left side of the house. Please place all trash in the correct cans: BLUE TRASH -Recycling , BLACK CAN -YARD WASTE AND TRASH. Trash days : Monday &Thursday -trash. Thursday-Recycling. If possible, please wheel trash to the curb the night before trash day.

>VERY IMPORTANT: NOT to open the windows (bedroom/bathrooms ) it will set off the security system of the property.
Also do not prop the doors open it will also set off the security system and we will be notified.

> Please note: do not lower the temperature below 70F because it can damage the unit.

>PLEASE NOTE
The pool is surrounded by tropical fruit trees, grass and many other plants. . Ocasionally bugs ( mostly ants) make their way inside the pool and can be found at the bottom of the pool or flowting on top .
We make all the effort to mantain the pool bugs and leaves free unfortunately nature cant be overcomed 100% of the time.
Please use the skimmer net that we provide to remove any leaves or bugs ( ants. )
We professionaly service the pool every Friday.
We are not able to provide additional pool service or any other concessions.

> The pool can be warmed up December 1st- March 30th. Please ask in advance so we can get it all ready for you. There is a charge of additional 25$/night for the pool to be warmed up.
Please do not manipulate the pool heater in any way. Primary renter will be responsible for any repairs if we need to call the technician due to pool heater malfunction caused by tempering with it.
FYI Pool temperature will be set at 87F. This water temp although warmer then regular pool water temp will not feel as warm as a hot bathtub water.

> Backyard has 4 sprinklers above ground, please use caution when in playing in yard.
